Everyone thinks they know best. Guest Bets lets them prove it. Write questions, share a link, and let a live leaderboard settle the debate.
How it works
Come up with a few predictions for your event: who wins, what score, who cries first at the wedding. Set a cutoff time and no one can change their picks after the fact.
Text the link to your group. Guests tap it, enter their name, pick their answers, and submit. No app. No account. Works on any phone.
When it's over, enter the right answers. The leaderboard updates in real time. Someone wins, someone gets robbed, everyone wants a rematch.
FAQ
They make prop bets on what will happen at the party: who cries first, how long the speeches run, what the baby weighs. Picks lock at the cutoff, the leaderboard moves as you enter each real answer, and the guest who called the most gets the crown and the bragging rights.
Guest Bets is a live prediction game you run at your event. Guests make picks on a shared link from their phone, the leaderboard updates as answers come in, and one person walks away the undisputed winner.
The arguing. Half the room has never met, and a shared scoreboard gives strangers something to talk about all night. The questions are about your event and the people in it, so the game only works once, which is the point.
Yes. Your first 3 events are completely free. No credit card, no trial countdown, no "starter plan" nonsense. You only pay if you decide to host more events or want the Pro features.
Your first 3 events are free and no credit card is required. After that there are two ways to pay: the Event Pass is a one-off $10 that unlocks all the premium features for a single event, or Pro is $5 a month for unlimited events. You can cancel Pro at any time.
You do not have to subscribe. Your first 3 events are free, so plenty of hosts never pay anything at all. If you only ever host one big event, the $10 Event Pass is a one-off payment, with nothing to cancel and nothing to remember. Pro at $5 a month is for the people who host more than once a year (a wedding, then a baby shower, then the Super Bowl) and it covers unlimited events for as long as you keep it. Cancel it when your run of parties is over.
No. Guest Bets runs in any mobile browser. You share one link (text it, drop it in the program, stick a QR code at the bar), they tap it, they play. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Yes. Send one link, or put a QR code on the table. It opens in whatever browser is already on the phone: iPhone, Android, a borrowed tablet, it does not matter. No app to download, no account to make. Grandma can open it.
Each question is worth a point if guessed correctly. Text answers use fuzzy matching (a typo won't cost you), and number/time questions use "closest without going over" so ties break cleanly. The live leaderboard updates every time a correct answer is entered.
Absolutely. Write your own, start from a template, or have Pro's AI draft a set tailored to your event. You can use yes/no, multiple choice, text, or time-based questions, and mix them however you want.
Unlimited events, custom colors and event branding, a custom event URL, and 3 AI-drafted question sets per event. $5/month, cancel anytime. Hosting one party and nothing after it? The $10 Event Pass unlocks all the same premium features for that single event, with no subscription. Publishing your event as a template is free for everyone, on any plan.
Before the cutoff, only you as the host. After the cutoff, the leaderboard is public, so any guest with the link can see everyone's answers. Submissions are tied to a device, not an account, so guests don't need to sign up to play.
Guests give a name and their picks. Nothing else: no account, no sign-up, no password. That name shows up in your host view of the event and on that event’s leaderboard, which anyone holding the event link can see once the cutoff passes. A guest can email privacy@guestbets.com to access or delete their information. Our Privacy Policy has the full detail.
Yes. The leaderboard stays live for as long as the event is up, and you can share the final standings with guests after. Half the fun is arguing about it in the group chat for the next week.
