Template seasons and the welcome email ship to production, plus event header fixes
A full release day. Everything we built this week went to production.
- Template seasonal promotions are live. Featured templates now surface automatically when they are in season.
- The host welcome email is live. New signups receive it immediately after creating an account.
- The Contact Support link across the app now points to support@guestbets.com
- The footer is updated: Privacy, Terms, and SMS links are removed, and social accounts for Instagram, TikTok, and Threads are added to the hamburger menu
A round of event header fixes also shipped:
- Long event titles no longer get mangled on the guest page. Line breaks, extra whitespace, and trailing brackets all render correctly.
- Windows-style line breaks in descriptions are handled the same as Unix ones so formatting is consistent everywhere
Under the hood, URL validation now emits only validated URLs, customization and preview image write paths have tighter authorization checks, and a consent version stamping bug on builder signups was fixed.
