Template promotion windows are validated on save, and a round of small copy fixes

A small round of cleanup to make sure everything we shipped this week behaves correctly.

• Template promotion windows are now validated when you save them. If the dates are invalid or out of order, the save is blocked with a clear error instead of quietly storing bad data.
• The PRO features list in the plan comparison is now sourced from a single constant, so it is always consistent across the upgrade paywall and the plan page.
• The AI question generation feature label is updated to "AI question generation" throughout, dropping the word "unlimited" which was not accurate.
• The support link in the template gallery is now built from the shared constants so it stays in sync automatically.
