Guest Bets is the new name, and the growth loop ships with it
Two big things landed today: a full rebrand and the first version of our growth loop.
The app is now Guest Bets. All user-facing copy, link previews, and metadata reflect the new name. Consent disclosures were updated to v2 with Guest Bets wording.
The growth loop puts sharing and inviting into every part of the experience.
- Hosts can now invite guests by email directly from the Invites tab
- Guest contact information is captured during play, with consent
- A re-prompt card appears on the leaderboard so players can invite friends after seeing the results
- Invite attribution is tracked so hosts can see which invites converted
- Under the hood, the AI question generator was upgraded to gpt-4o-mini, cutting generation costs while improving output quality
